Herberg de Waard van Ternaard is more than an intimate design hotel in North-Eastern part of the Fryslân province. A cup of coffee, a day at the terrace at the square, wine and dine or a comfortable bed it is all possible at the Waard van Ternaard. It is the best place to relax and renew your energy.
The Inn, build in 1860, is recently transformed into a surprising meeting place by Dutch Designer duo Pilat & Pilat. You will find comfort and rest throughout the whole building. In the hotel we have seasonal art exhibitions from artists from all around the world.
Our team consists of head Chef and owner Michael Roest, sous chef Elvis Mesic, host Danny Cramer, hostess Esther Pel and sommelier Mathilda Broekstra.
We are open from: Wednesday at noon until Monday at noon.
On Monday's and Tuesday's, the hotel will be opened at a Bed & Breakfast basis,
which means our restaurant and bar will be closed. |
